I CHOOSE ME Recovery & Wellness Center is a Long Beach-based program designed for adults and veterans seeking structured support for substance use and behavioral health challenges while maintaining work, family, and daily responsibilities. We believe recovery works best when care is respectful, consistent, and practical—focused on accountability, skill practice, and real-life stability, not just talk.  

I CHOOSE ME Recovery & Wellness Center serves clients throughout Long Beach and surrounding communities. Our location supports in-person services, and we also offer hybrid participation when clinically appropriate to help clients stay consistent when barriers arise.
