LAG Academy is a transformative life skills and leadership program designed to empower youth who have been underserved by traditional systems.

With a trauma-informed, culturally relevant curriculum, LAG Academy equips young people—especially justice-impacted and at-promise youth—with the tools they need to grow, lead, and break cycles of adversity.

Focused on emotional intelligence, accountability, and personal development, our program supports youth on probation, parole, or reentering society, as well as those in foster care or from under-resourced communities. We offer flexible learning options—available in-person, virtually, or on-site in schools, group homes, and juvenile facilities—to ensure accessibility and impact.

Led by a team with lived experience and professional expertise, LAG Academy pairs real-world mentorship with life-changing education. Our long-term vision includes expanding nationally and establishing transitional housing for youth exiting foster care or incarceration.
